100% Recommend

" Sara is not only a genuine and conscientious breeder but she is also a knowledgeable trainer. My husband and I referred to her as 'the dog whisperer'. She strives to make each dog a well mannered dog throughout the training while also giving the owners the tools and resources to continue training at home. She works closely wit the owners to make sure they are confident working with their dog and the knowledge their dog acquired throughout the training program. Sara truly cares for each dog as if they were her own and wants each dog to become the best version of their self. We would 100% recommend Sara as a breeder and also a trainer!" -Megan and Ryan Schmidt                     "

Results were wonderful!

"I used Sara at White Pine Goldens to train my 10 month old Mini Doodle in 2024. The results we had were wonderful. She learned all of the commands and did great with the collar. Sara is so patient and has extensive knowledge in training, responding differently to each pup's personalities. I have recommended them many times since my pup was trained. The best part is Sara trained me on how to execute the commands to keep consistency up. Have and will always recommend Sara for dog training."

More Focused, Responsive, & Confident

"We can't say enough great things about Sara at White Pine Goldens and the time they dedicated to working with our golden retriever. Her experience and deep understanding of dog behavior really showed throughout the entire process. She spent extensive hours ensuring the e-collar training was done correctly, humanely, and at a pace that worked best for my dog. She even shared videos of his progress and worked with us directly to ensure we knew what we were doing. The results have been impressive - my golden is more focused, responsive, and confident, both at home and in real-world situations. He's ready for the next step towards his therapy training journey. It's clear Sara truly cares about the dogs she works with and takes pride in delivering high-quality, effective training. I highly recommend White Pine Goldens to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and committed dog trainer."

3 Week Board & Train w/ Public Access Training
 *program pricing $2700

This program offers the same manners and skills taught for practical and everyday obedience as the 2 week program. The extra week is ideal for dogs that are slightly reactive, anxious, or more fearful. This is also a great option for your more stubborn dogs/puppies. All new manners and skills will be taught under exposure to real-world distractions, but allows your pup 3 weeks to learn & work through their insecurities with the trainer.

*Includes e-collar

** We provide the e-collar (a muscle stimulation collar) which gives you the luxury of having a "digital leash" for greater distances in obedience commands and communication with your dog.
** Any puppies entering the e-collar training program must be at least 16 weeks of age and also be fully house/potty trained.
** An up to date record of shots is required before your dog can be entered into a training program. Shots must include Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, Hepatitis and Bordatella. Flea & Tick preventatives are strongly encouraged as we will be going into the woods on walks.
** It is impossible to guarantee complete fixes of major behavioral issues such as dog aggression/people aggression during a 2 or even 3 week program. However, through the manners and skills taught in the above programs, you will have more "tools in your toolbox" to better help manage these and other issues.**
